Park Alpini is a privately owned, self contained and secure,
Holiday destination on the shores of Lake Idro in Italy
The park has 4 twin storey villa dwellings each with it’s own private
access to the shared pool.
With approx 100sq m of floor space spead over two levels our villas are more than adequately equipped for the self-catering tourist.
All villas are of similar layout:
On the ground floor; A large private terrace overlooking the pool; A kitchenette equipped with, refrigerator, coffee maker, gas cooker and a range of cooking utensils and cutlery; A large lounge/diner with sofa bed, additional single bed and wardrobe, TV with satellite receiver, dining table & chairs and a ground floor, double bedroom complete with double bed & wardrobe,
bedside tables and a bathroom with WC, wash basin, shower and mirror.
On the second floor; 2 further bedrooms. The first includes a double bed and wardrobe, whilst the second is furnished with bunk bed and wardrobe. This floor
also includes a large sun terrace/balcony affording exquisite mountain views and overlooks the swimming pool below.

Although floor space and layout of each villar is broadly similar, we are able to
offer villas with a choice of one or two bathrooms. Second bathrooms are located
on the first floor of the villas in question. Guests with a preference, are advised to
enquire as to availability, or express their preference, when booking.

*Now our customers rent villas and apartments on the principle of "All inclusive" (rent, linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, cold and hot water, gas for cooking, taxes), i.e. there are no other costs for staying in the Residence.
