Not only summer

In autumn  the mountains surrounding Idro lake are multicoloured.

The temperature is still warm and it is possibile to make wonderful trip on mountains looking for mushroom or just for your pleasure. The local gastronomy offers in this period the best choise: mushroom , spiedo bresciano (meat on the spit) and other typical dishes of this period.

In winter there'sthe possibility to drive to the near ski -resort of  Gaver (20 min.drive) well-known also for  Alpine skiing  and  cross-country skiing. One hour drive and the wonderful well-known mountain towns of Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio are available with their Ski facilities in middle of Brenta Dolomites.
